Indian Meadow Herbals, LLC was founded in 1994 by Roseanna Rich (above photo, right) and Nancy Lowry (above photo, left). We are located on a 102-acre farm in Downeast Maine. The owners combine their expertise as Registered Nurse/Certified Herbalist and Organic Grower.
We are an established, environmentally conscious herbal company. One of our goals is to provide public education in the nutritive value and proper use of herbs. We grow 90% of the herbs used in our products and they are certified organic by the Maine Organic Certification Services, LLC. We manufacture our products with organically grown or ethically wildcrafted herbs and food grade oils. Our creams are rich; if you had to, you could eat them. Our look is straightforward and practical; the glitz is IN the jar!
