Q. Can I buy your products from outside the United States?              A. We only ship within the United States of America.

A. We sell our products to fine natural food stores, gift shops, salons and garden stores across the US. The list is always growing, so please call us TOLL FREE at 888-464-3729 for stores in your area. If your favorite store doesn't carry our line - tell them to! Please also call us and let us know where you shop - we'll be happy to contact them for you!

Q. I just placed my order on your website. My order was over $75, but the 10% discount did not show up. What will I be charged?
A. Be assured, the 10% discount for orders over $75 will be calculated when we receive and process your order at our offices. A receipt will be sent with your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q. Do you have a money-back guarantee for your products?
A. The fresh nature of IMH products does not allow for a money-back guarantee. Once they are sold and used, they are not able to be resold. IMH offers 1/8 sample sizes and educational brochures, as well as this website to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.

We will gladly accept your UNOPENED products within 15 days of purchase for full refund. The customer pays return shipping costs and the returned product must be in good condition.

Defective product returns. In the unusual situation that the product is defective, return it within 15 days of purchase and we will gladly replace any product determined defective.

Q. I received my order of Love Your Body cream today and when I opened it, there was a little pool of oil on top and the cream itself had little white lumps in it. What's going on?
A. IMH products are made fresh and while they do not require refrigeration they can react to temperature extremes. We have no control over what happens during shipping. The "lumpiness" you see is a classic change in temperature reaction. The coconut oil in particular can precipitate and appear lumpy and then quickly dissolve when applied to the skin. The residual oil is from that precipitation process but there is no problem other than visual with the product.You could just give the product a healthy stirring to remix it.
